I realize it's 6 years after your project here, but if you were good creating the layout for those atx connectors, great, I have them as well from both https://github.com/cyplesma/gerber-for-Sparkfun-ATX-24-Pin-Veritical-Connector ,  and here, just have to view all the files: https://hackaday.io/project/163813/files
