Hello all and thank you for following this project. To start with I measured the average face as well as my own to get a baseline of a shape the mask should be to be comfortable against your face without pinching into the skin. We came up with this design that visually looks like it would be comfortable. Here is the model and first print.  It sorta feels like a super hero mask, but we gotta start somewhere. :)
