Quantity   Component name
1 × square foot of dirt I have 1/4 lot, but this doesn't use all of it.
8 × scrap wire for leads I used scrap cat 6, but mostly because my original plan to wire it up with enamel wire was scuttled because I wasn't sure I could keep it from cracking and building up copper
1 × 8" x 3/4" copper pipe Moscow Mule would probably work too
1 × aqueous ammonia Good for removing the smell from laundry left too long in the washer
1 × spray head borrowed from the top of another bottle - rinsed used rinsed and returned
1 × Buck converter bought from amazon for this project
1 × PC power supply scrap from a retired 3d printer
1 × 12v power brick It had a goodwill sticker on it, but I don't remember what I bought it for.
1 × salt Wife said we had too much hanging around just the other day. Doing my best to help
1 × plastic wrap sticky on one side
1 × gloves I put it here to tell other people not to do this bare-handed. copper sulfate solution absorbs through your skin and is bad for you. Also don't pick your nose after bare-handing copper sulfate.
1 × Alcohol I prefer vodka and mineral spirits because one is gentle
1 × ts100, pliers, spring loaded claw hand tool, stove, pot and tap water Getting stuff done, I never think about the sundries
1 × Single sided PCB ordered by mistake it makes a nice build surface if you don't feel like doing anything with the "roots"
1 × brass tube in 3 sizes 1/4" 1/8" and too frigging small
1 × roll of solder Seriously, this might take the whole roll
1 × Copper Sulfate root killer In the septic and drain section not the herbicide section
1 × Miralax a little dab will do ya
1 × bucket dollar store variety
1 × galvanized 8" lag bolt surface area matters, but shape not so much. 10 16p nails would work too probably
