Having bought a new car, my new Nissan has become my faithful companion on the roads, and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I bought the car from the official dealer https://nissan-vidi.com.ua/ua/models/cars/nissan-leaf/ . I can say that the car is maneuverable, easy to drive, with a smooth ride. The interior is comfortable and spacious, everything is in its place, nothing extra.

That's actually a kind of brilliant idea. I've made many an "insert" for the backs of cars and trucks and getting the fit just right is basically guesswork. Curious as to how accurate your model will be compared to the original. Good luck with the mods!

Its definitely starting to be a fringe industry technique. I've been trying to do the same thing for motorcycles to develop custom fairings and such too, harder than you would think though to work from a scan! So far they are pretty dang accurate despite the cheap hardware, usually within a couple mm. Stay tuned for hopefully some major upgrades, trying to get https://www.reconstructme.net/ to work. This is for a friends truck, he should check accuracy soon. I know the bed is slightly warped, should improve with tracking and auto-stitch. I've been working with embarrassingly little processing etc. but now we're swtiching to our System76 computer.
