The program allows the nozzle to move in the interval (60 degrees; 120 degrees). Initially the servo is at 90degrees, so it can move 30 degrees either clockwise or counter-clockwise, but in vertical plane. It reads the state of the buttons. 
If one button is pressed, the servo rotates with const speed. 
If no buttons are pressed, servo remains at previously given position.
