Currently finished. Latest information on Github. And it's my main FPGA dev board now.

With a custom FT2232H downloader, I can have JTAG & UART in one USB connection.

Tested OK: JTAG, clocking wizard, SD card, PSRAM(Up to QPI mode 65MHz), LEDs & buttons, boot from QSPI flash, ILA, HDMI output(up to 720p), USB-as-PS2 keyboard, PMOD, CH375b, W5500

Failed: USB to UART(D+ and D- inverted)

What I need is pure FPGA but I choose ZYNQ(scavenged from EBAZ4205) because its extremely low price.
