Replaced xuggler dependencies preventing full implementation on Raspian. Modified h264j to be optimized with ROSARDrone. End-to-end testing on RPi successful. Moved master to roscoe2, second RPi, to distribute load. Performance is acceptable at this point. Added VoxHumana speech module to GitHub.
