The robot has a pan & tilt camera mechanism and a gripper, at it's core there's a raspberry pi 3B+. The model is a Minus-Type vigibot robot, whose 3D plans are open source on github ( https://github.com/vigibot/vigicad ).

Botkins will use a very similar design to the one in the video.
