My high school physics class coil gun.
I was having too much fun back then and not doing enough physics, so Mr. Vassos allowed me to build this for extra credit.

I had a coil gun in my high school physics class that I enjoyed using. It was a rifle-like weapon that shot thin metal wires, which could be coiled into a spring and then launched out at high speeds. I remember having fun trying to make the wires hit people on the other side of the room and then trying to catch them. I also remember how much fun it was to try to make the wires hit something with a lot of surface area and then see it fly up in the air. Well, now I would love to read https://statanalytica.com/blog/essay-for-students-about-childhood-memories/ article which is going to show me some examples of essays about childhood memories before I actually start to write my own essay.
