Sprouting is the natural process in which seeds germinate, where micro-greens is further grow of that in the stage when it produce initial leaves. Sprouting is a part of cooking. It tends to increase food nutrient levels and make it easy to digest, overall is make food a super food.
The Grocubator work by automating steps that are follows traditionally. This system designed to reduce repetitive task, skill requirement, water wasted without compromising sprout quality for cooking.
This Project I have done during My Fab Academy Course in year 2021. I used fab lab and Digital Designing tools to Design this Machine. This is working Prototype that proofing concept of design. It can be seen as like a modified and automated version of hydroponic system specifically for doing sprouting.
