Walicator

A Standalone circuit for measuring the amount of water in overhead tanks and conveying it to the user using LEDs and an LCD

Step 1

Download the code.

Step 2

Tweak the 'walicator.c' file by replacing the tank dimensions with that of yours.

Step 3

Burn the code onto your 8051 microcontroller.

Step 4

Make all the connections as per the connections in the circuit diagram uploaded.

Step 5

Attach the sensor inside the tank on the top facing downwards to the surface of water.

Step 6

Power up the circuit with 5-12V.
