In the first prototyping phase PVC is used to construct the Anteneh's Jerry Can because it is easily accessible and cost effective but PVC can become brittle and crack when placed in a few scenarios for prolonged periods of time like Ultraviolet Light Exposure, cold temperature, age and chemical exposure. This can be avoided by using same materials used in standard Jerry Cans to construct the Anteneh's Jerry Can using a mold. In this case there will not be any fittings and no glue will be used.
