Description

The Baby Activity Tracker is my attempt at a low-cost dedicated hardware solution for assisting caregivers with logging and tracking baby activities. As a parent myself, I found baby tracking cell phone apps severely lacking portability and data visibility. I wanted a solution that is accessible to all caregivers and continuously displays the current status of baby activities.

It utilizes a ESP32, a 4.2in e-paper display, an rtc module, a vibration motor, and five pcb integrated capacitive touch pads. This is my first ESP32 build. Excited to explore the option of Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity.

Rev 0 boards arrived today. No issues. Cap touch pads work great. Each component passed basic functional tests. Next step is to develop the display screens.
