Let's discuss possibities how to provide Internet services even to countries who cut Internet off. The goal should be to realize it simple and cheap as possible with existing hardware or software.
Can we provide WLAN from free countries to occupied ones ? Can we use radio waves ? Or use existing communication services (Viber, WhatsApp as long as they still work) or even the plain old telephon line ?

Let's give the power back to the people and provide unbiased information.

Everyones input is welcome. Although I'm an IT engineer - I'll only coordinate the discussions.
