A project log for The Atmega Hearth

Lets imagine a cheap core for all your breadboard µC Projects.

This project was long time on my todo list. Project cost: Below 30€:

- 19,95€ for the chinese RGB Stripe, bought on 5. April 2013(!)

- <1€ for 3x PBSS304NX, i had them left over (would theoretically drive >30m LED stripe :-D)

- <1€ for a few Resistors and Capacitors

- <6€ for the AtmegaHearth

- <2€ for 1/3x pcb board

Top side: 3006 Marquardt SMD Switches, Atmega Hearth, npn transistors and the connector for the LED stripe.

Bottom Side: Pullup resistors for the switches, some wires, LM7805 without heatsink - the 5V part consumes an average <50mA.

Let the LEDs shine, i wrapped them around a D40 pipe :-D

Next: Use it for Light painting, some SW improvement first...
