Dave Jones of EEVblog got some coiled dots :

And this video made me discover where to buy these 7×1 modules and 16×24 modules :

Now here is a very interesting store in Germany :

The 16×24 looks great !

They also look smaller than the usual display, which is great for graphics displays...

Has anybody else seen this model before ?

Hi Yann, I acquired two modules which have such in-half splitted dots like your shown 16×24 module. Reverse engineering is not done yet them but maybe you also bought some and did it?
