I put this together years ago, based on the kodi version least 4. (v2018-7)
But I think that makes it a better entry for the cyberduck contest since its still working now.
although i can't get kodi to connect for media info so i'll update to get a full libray view working and add a newer sd with more capacity to store some movies on the home folder.
The display itself was taken out of a review mirror display item form amazon, it was the cheapest way to get a cheap lcd at the time, i got 2 for less than $30.
It has 2 analog in signals (which will be useful for the other display) and it uses 12v power but works nice at around 8-9v. A usb 5v to 12v adjustable boost converter takes care of the power, just split off the input 5v for the pi and send the boosted voltage to the display.
Since its a zero, no w a usb hub and otg adapter are need to add the wireless remote/keyboard/trackpad along with a usb for an extra 128GB, wifi (n150?) and bt 2.0.
