We actually got it going! This test build was to primarily bring us closer to the "dyna" part of the Dynabrix system, whereby the dynamically allocated sections of our "trashbrick" mold maker will be controlled by at least 8 steppers working in tandem to optimize the shape of the brick. The "sides" will eventually be sheets of metal-backed slabs of a semi-rugged, aggregate material-phobic silicone polymer. Basically, we'll be setting cheap metal flashing inside of rubber squares. Also, the upwards of 8 additional motors will be controlled through a relay board connected to each re-purposed device's i/o pins.
