Centipede is a project for processor with understandable assembly language. This makes programming for it easier to write, easier to understand and maintain, and not to ignore - more pleasurable. It also removes the intermediate stage which involves compilation from a higher-level code and linking. Programs can really become again "What You Write That You Execute", without sacrificing readability which typically comes with the use of compilers.
