The basic video components for the Aleste project are now working:
- HDMI scandoubler - converting 15kHz to 31kHz with centering
- MC6845-compatible CRTC - generating video timing and memory addresses
Next: Aleste 520EX Graphics
Moving on to:
- Pixel processing unit
- Color palette (16/256 of 4096 colors)
- Video memory address generator
The display foundation is ready, now building the graphics system.
