Unpack your kit:

1 - Battery Holder

1 - CR2032 Battery

1 - Flat-Top 5mm RGB LED

1 - Binder Ring

1 - Heart

Place the LED through the top of the board. Align the flat side of the LED with the flat side of the hole.  Once the LED is all the way through bend the legs.

Wrap the red wire around the long leg of the LED.  Then bend the LED leg back over capturing the battery wire.  Repeat those steps with the black wire on the short leg. (Optional step is to cut off excess wire with wire cutters)

The Positive side of the batter should be facing up when placed in the battery holder.

Unpack You Kit:

1 - Battery Holder

1 - CR2032 Battery

1 - 3mm Red LED

1 - 470 ohm Resistor

1 - Binder Ring

1 - Heart

Bend the resistor and place in the top holes. Once the resistor is through the board bend the legs. Place the LED in the bottom holes.  It is easiest to have the long leg going through the top hole and the short leg going through the bottom hole.

Twist together one leg of the resistor to the long leg of the LED.  Once twisted together fold in half to secure.

Pull the insulation off the end of the wires.  You should see a cut in the insulation, pull from there to expose wires.

Wrap the red wire on the battery holder around the other leg of the resistor. Then fold in half to secure.  Wrap the black wire of the battery holder around the short leg of the LED. Bend in half to secure. (Optional step is to cut off excess wire with wire cutters)
