Description

Illuminated model of a brain displays patterns that simulate various states, properties and ailments. When touched, the triggered sensor is reported to a computer running an app on a large screen display that provides detailed information on the relevant ailment and associated treatments. The physical model is 3D printed using SLA and a combination of frosted, opaque and clear resins. The LED display is built from 8 of Adafruit's high density 8x8 dotstar grids. The sensor pads are gold plated earrings!! And the processor is an ESP32. It was produced in collaboration with Globacore Interactive for Dassault's Digital Twin exhibit at CES 2023.
