Goodbye Octopus, Hello Ardupus

A breath of new life for a classic piece of test gear.
The “Octopus” morphs into the ARDUPUS

Similar projects worth following
Dispensing with the oscilloscope, ac power supply, and all those wires, the Ardupus does all that the Octopus did, and more.
Freestanding, easy to build, and with more features than your old Octopus, the Ardupus breathes new life into this timeless piece of test equipment.
Presented here in several forms, the choicest being the dual window version, giving side by side signatures of componetry. All electronics sit on a shield between Arduino and display.
Simpler, Mega based versions are included, and offer a basic Ardupus, but still a vast improvement on the old ac powered Octopus.
Full construction notes, circuit, software, and simulations are on an accompanying pdf at excelworks.info, on my Arduino page. This project will not disappoint.

320x480 TFT currently at https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/263669828184?hash=item3d63f24a58:g:WsQAAOSwxUlkPKTx&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA4Fs5htITRu6O%2FDXiOS2Hby5MKro5vn6PHD61CC9CooniPGGS2v1nWraPXRIVNnqRJEN3ulp41AAqzWLoeD1hJ4XDeb9%2BVX4Ae9WtP%2FuGFekdzPOMpENkzcnpH9CDCbSMYd8B9JphUNF0%2FHve5P%2FSCSM0hPCEK75Wcdg1z34ta2S5%2BhgBGb17zWCY5MzgKvFkoRa4HVQhxueUb37sX0i8rX3uevTvTG8Clx2rVIQvS9ps%2FponCSnfzI2eCg7b3b2UzKGyZstXKLPAKvI80%2FzAHeYU1PF6h16Z0rmH1FolkZYA%7Ctkp%3ABFBMwIa15K5i

Other TFT is as as previously  noted on 3/5/2017

Full build instructions per PDF download at my website, excelworks.info, on the Arduino page.

If you cannot find the 240x320 TFTs, then you will have to re-code display to suit what you can currently buy.

Muchas gracias por su respuesta, buscare el display que me dice y en caso de no encontrarlo, buscare uno que tenga esa resolución y a probar si va.

1. "ARDUPUS_320x240_MEGA_Rev0" and  Rev00 versions
Tinxiworld no longer has a listing for the 320x480 I used.
However, this appears to be identical:-
http://www.ebay.com/itm/320-480-3-2-inch-TFT-Color-LCD-Display-Module-for-Arduino-Mega2560-R3-/252726803379?hash=item3ad7b0fbb3:g:4aoAAOSw2xRYfJwq
It uses a different driver to the original, ILI9481 which is not listed in my code.

2. "ARDUPUS" 320x240 MEGA Rev1", Rev2, and Rev3   codes use a 240 x 320 marked "M3208A"  atop of a  "LCD Mega Shield V1.0"
Driver is UTFT    myGLCD(SSD1289_8, 38, 39, 40, 41), as uncommented in code.

You should be able to adapt any suitable display for these versions.
