We were given this braille display / keyboard. It will allow a blind and deaf person to read the screen of whatever computer is plugged into it. We are trying to allow a person who can see the computer to be able to communicate using their voice to the blind and deaf person. This will be done by using a speech to text program on a website to turn speech into text that can be translated into braille by the keyboard.
