The player LED´s are working now.

When I exchanged the mainboard, I have soldered the player LED´s wrong. I connected all the kathodes of the LED´s together. So they light up all together or no LED lights up.
I´m going to fix this problem in the next few days.

Fixing problems

I had some problems with the wifi and the main fan. The fan spinned up an down and this was very annoying. And the wifi switched on and off while playing.
So I exchanged the motherboard (not painted) and all the problem are gone.
Here are some pictures how my Xbox looks like now
