Description

I need a digital microscope for another project, the Super 8 film digitizer (https://hackaday.io/project/196181-super-8-film-digitizer).

All the cheap USB microscopes have very poor resolution ; 640x480 at most. And microscopes with a proper resolution cost a fortune. The ESP32CAm however is a cheap camera with a 2 MP (1600 x 1200) sensor.

This project uses the optics from the USB microscope, the ESP32CAM as sensor, and three 3D-printed parts to fit together.
