Shockwave Induced Nuclear Fusion

I dont know if this can work or how to do the math behind it, but I want to post it here if it works.

The idea is that instead of using inertial confinement or magnetic confinement, we will use a lip that will generate a shockwave in the supersonic flow of hydrogen plasma (the lip is red, and the shockwave is blue).
This shockwave will be a conical shockwave that is continuously imploding into a focal point. If the initial diameter is large enough, it should be able to achieve the right conditions for nuclear fusion.
The supersonic flow of the hydrogen plasma can be initiated using magnets, similar to magnetic confinement fusion reactors, but can become self-sustaining, using the energy released by the fusion reaction, similar to a ramjet engine. Or, at least have minimal assistance from the magnetic confinement to regulate the flow of plasma and keep it away from the walls of the reactor.
