The Rd-60 is a low-power radar module developed by Ai-Thinker, featuring an integrated 60GHz FMCW carrier AiP mmWave radar system and multi-protocol wireless connectivity, including BLE5.3/802.15.4/Thread/Matter.
The module includes a 1T3R AiP radar antenna array, a 2.4GHz transceiver antenna, crystal, and Flash.
It features four low-power management modes: power-off, standby, idle, and working. Configuration and data acquisition are achieved through digital interfaces such as UART(SPI/I²C).
