Nova is my personal mission to build a fully functioning humanoid robot from the ground up—designed, engineered, and 3D-printed entirely by me.
She features working arms with full inverse kinematics, a rotating head with neck articulation, real-time visual tracking using a depth camera, and servo-driven mechanical linkages (no tendons, no bullshit).
Nova isn’t just a passion project—she’s a foundation for future autonomous humanoids built for real-world use.
This project exists because I’m tired of waiting for the “future” to happen—I’m making it myself. Nova is a proof of concept for emotionally responsive, physically capable robotic companions that don’t just sit on a desk.
I’m documenting everything to share the process, inspire others, and build a real alternative to soulless plastic toys and overpriced corporate bots.
She’s the first of her kind, and I’m not stopping here.
