I've always loved light bulbs even as 6 years old kid. When I've grown up I met a guy in my last week of degree.  I could not learn from him as I had to move but I bought a vacuum amplifier which I studied carefully and made even other my amps little bear like replica (with Russian tubes) which can be connected to headphones. (If you find vacuum amplifier that connects to headphones let ke know).

So I looked for videos of how to do it. I found really nice videos on YouTube of 'Signal Ditch'. He showed a link to other guy 'jdflyback'. After watching videos of 'jdflyback' he pointed to even old 'simplifier' site. 'Sinplifier' refers to 'Claude Paillard's site (this guy is active from 50s god know where he learned it).  Simplifer is old site  with no videos and low resolution images. But he also started from ground up, from vary simple tibes even before diodes amd transistors. I liked that approach.

I was talking so much about it, so my wife bought me a glass working lesson (thank you honey 💕). I was amazed about working with glass it's more than fun (My English is not enough to explain it, you should try it) it was more like a magic calling me.

I went home and bought a simple torch it's less effective than oxygen burner but it's doable (it's what 'jdflyback' using) made some connections by myself although the were never too pretty it looks ok.

Next thing was connecting glassnrods to vaccum pump. Luckily 'Signal Ditch' gave a hint on one of his videos. Instead of using 270$ connection like ultra-torr (way too expensive, it's just a hobby). There other 6mm connector but their price tag is about 70$ still expensive. I will use $4 on AliExpress.

    As they much cheaper

Next thing is 1.5cm borosilicate glass tubes and vacuum pump.

I bought a wrong one of 1.6cm which mostly doesn't fit.

Now waiting for the 1.5cm which for some reason is really hard to find.

Next thing will be to try some glass working before I buy vacuum pump.

Glass working is not an easy thing to do but it looks like the only option.

Also made a great progress with building PCBs using 'cheap' IR laser, it's important for any project using electronic devices. It gives a lot of flexibility.

Bought 0.8 titanium wire and 0.8 Tungsten wire. I think I will start by making some test tubes before I buy vacuum pump just to see if it's possible.

I am unable to find 15mm tubes and the one I found was relatively expensive. Even more annoying thing is that I cannot find Klien Flenge 16 with other side for tube of 8mm or so. I don't know how to solve it. The problem with 15mm it will be really hard to bend and close 8mm seems much better option.

Cannot find 8mm to KF-16 with reasonable price. I guess, I will use 15mm tubes. This is so annoying not to find what you need.
