AeroDry 2.0 is a next-generation filament drying and storage solution — designed from the ground up with makers, engineers, and 3D printing power users in mind.
At its core, AeroDry 2.0 is a fully 3D-printable system that lets you dry filament using a modular tower architecture. It uses PTC heaters and dual 120mm centrifugal blower fans to push warm air vertically through stackable, sealed chambers — ensuring consistent drying for every spool in the stack. And with optional chamber sizes for 1kg, 3kg, and 5kg filament, it adapts to any workflow — whether you're printing for fun or for production.
Each chamber connects with 3D-printable bolts — no metal hardware required — and includes magnetic doors, integrated humidity sensors, and direct filament feed-throughs, letting you print directly from inside the drying unit.
