I gave up designing my case and bought the files for the MODCASE EVO (https://modcase.com.au/products/evo). I made some modifications to fit a full size PSU and printed it on a Bambu Labs X1C using Elegoo Rapid PETG, which I find to print extremely well and is really inexpensive (https://a.co/d/b1ZnU7V). I probably would try to get some matte filament next time as it just looks so much better. The pictures aren't great but they show the printed case and some of the components installed, as well as the full PC on my desk. It came out pretty good and I've been able to expand and change some things. Cable management was tough but it was my first PC build.
