Sinbad is a new high-wing kit aircraft designed to be practical, comfortable, and safe for everyday flying. The goal of the project is to create an airplane that looks clean and modern, but remains simple, durable, and realistic to build and operate.
The aircraft is already fully designed. Current work is focused on refining individual assemblies, interior layout, and preparing for the prototype.
The design combines a composite fuselage with metal wings and stabilizers. The composite fuselage allows a wide and tall cabin, good visibility, and smoother external surfaces. The metal lifting surfaces are chosen for long fatigue life, predictable behavior, and easier inspection and repair.
Key design intentions:
high-wing configuration for visibility and safety
spacious four-seat cabin with room for baggage
clean aerodynamic shape with low drag
flexible engine and equipment options
structure intended for serial kit production
focus on real-world usability rather t
