Industrial Propulsion Matrix
OpenMotor is a scalable open-hardware architecture for high-performance electric propulsion. Our unique flexible coil topology allows a single motor design to be optimized for a massive voltage range, from 50V (12S-14S) up to 800V. This flexibility makes it ideal for everything from industrial cargo drones to light electric aviation and heavy robotics.
Performance & Specifications
We prioritize Torque Density. Our motors are engineered to provide extreme thrust-to-weight ratios for professional applications.
| Model | Max Thrust | RPM | Cont. Power | Voltage | Weight |
| CIAG_2_28 125_25 | 21 kg | 4300 | 3.7 kW | 75V | 2kg |
| CIAG 1_42 175_40 | 60 kg | 3100 | 13 kW | 705V | 5.5 kg |
| CIAG 2_28 200_30 | 70 kg | 1600 | 13 kW | 690V | 7.0 kg |
Engineering for Mass Production
Unlike many DIY projects, OpenMotor is designed with manufacturing scalability in mind. The mechanical and electromagnetic architecture is optimized for real-world production lines, ensuring consistent performance and industrial reliability.
Intellectual Property & Patents
The technologies within OpenMotor are backed by a robust international patent portfolio (granted and pending) in the **EU, USA, China, Germany, France, and India**. We are opening these designs to foster innovation in the global aerospace and robotics communities.
