  UNO Q Initial Setup

  Download any Arduino UNO Q and Arduino App Lab updates. This project needs the 0.5.0 App Lab version or newer.

  Creating and Training your Models

  Now, let's go to Edge Impulse! Let's create a new project, either personal or public. This will give you access to Edge Impulse's dashboard where you can get to work right away.

  Collect new data

  This is where the fun begins: click on "Collect new data". You'll have three options: 

  • Connect to your phone using a QR Code, 
  • Connect directly to your computer,
  • Connect to your device or development board. 

  Using your phone or computer to train your model are the quickest ways to get up and running, and your models will work as expected for the most part. However, when you are ready to replicate real-world context for your data training, you should try to use the actual sensors / cameras / mics that will be in your mass-deployed device, so that the model's readings are closer to reality.
