Turning It On

The LCD screen tilts 90° and shows both numerical readings and graphs for monitoring purposes. The front-facing buttons allow you to navigate and adjust various settings. These two ports are where the banana plugs are inserted. This rotating knob is to ajust voltage and amps. This is the power button used to activate the output ports.

On the back, you’ll find the MicroUSB, USB-C, and barrel jack ports for powering the unit.

Now, let's connect the USB-C cable and power on the unit. The unit can be powered by a power bank, DC adapter, or a PD/QC fast charger. The unit accepts PC, QC, and DC inputs, features programmable outputs, and includes six preset voltage and current settings.

At the top of the screen, the input voltage is shown. The device is a step-down converter, so it can reduce the input voltage to any lower voltage of your choice.
On the left, the output voltage, output current, and output power are displayed in larger text, while the preset voltage and current appear in smaller text.
On the right, you’ll find the energy consumption, the total time the unit has been powered on, and the presets listed at the bottom.

The red "STOP" indicator next to the operating temperature means the unit is in standby mode and not currently providing any output. Pressing the button on the right activates the output, at which point "STOP" changes to "RUN," and the banana plug holders light up.

Pressing the double arrow button allows you to adjust the output voltage and current in real time using the rotary knob.
Long pressing the double arrow button allows you to toggle between graph and normal mode.

To change a preset: hold the "M" button, select a preset, set voltage/current and save. The unit offers 6 preset modes.

Pressing the "Home" button opens the internal configuration menu, where you can adjust settings such as Language, Theme, Brightness, Volume, Overvoltage, Overcurrent, Overpower, Overtemperature, and all other parameters.

Let's perform a quick test with a multimeter to verify that the output matches the selected voltage. As you can see, the multimeter reads approximately the same voltage as our selected output voltage. Great - it works!
