This PCB has 5 circuits: Active low-pass filter Active high-pass filter Active bandpass filter Summing amplifier, two inputs Differential amplifier, two inputs Power input: Either +/-5V which goes to two +/-2V5 linear regulators, or connect directly and supply +/-2V5 SMA outputs have 47.5 Ohms series resistance. I have included a 3D printed tray to hold it. The tray uses 4x M3 heat-press inserts, and secures using 4x M3x10mm screws.
