Just because! A home computer without microprocessor

This is what my geek corner looks like. Spring is in the air, so in the upcoming months I will spend more time on the balcony with a Chardonnay than here :-)

I don't believe you! The area of your PCB is far too high for the amount of electronic stuff you are showing. You have another room that you are not showing us!? For example you don't have any logic data books and/or printouts.

There's one folder with datasheet printouts on the desk's lower shelf. The TTL cookbook in the living room (bookshelf behind the wall). This picture is from more than 1 year ago, with the design half in mind and the big breadboard still unwired. There are hundreds of 74LS chips in the green containers.

Perhaps. I have progressively cleaned out my stuff over the years but I still have a bookcase of data manuals/printouts, a bookcase of components, a book case of old projects. But not all electronics of course, a lot of computing and mathematical stuff as well. There is even a CNC machine in there (actually two CNC machines). I have a bundle of USB cables hanging up in the wardrobe (so I can find them).

I am a reformed horder. I now buy my components as required. But in the past (before the Internet) you had to buy them as you found them (in/from electronics magazines).

I no longer make my own PCB so all that stuff is gone.

Most my computing stuff from the '80s and 90's (even an orginal set of IBM PC technical manuals) is gone.

Car stuff gone.

Mining stuff gone.

AND I STILL COULD NOT FIT ALL MY STUFF IN YOUR SPACE!!!!!

Perhaps it is time for another throw out (sad!).
