The box arrives.

Unboxing.

Opening the box.

Did not expect the backpack.

Did not expect to get two chargers. Super handy. I keep one at home, the other in my backpack.

There is the remote.

The 600 watt in hub motor.

Getting ready to disassemble and fit the components on the new deck.

Disassembled. Note the channel in the stock deck.

Pretty basic electrical components. Blue thing is the battery.

More electronic goodies.

Last shot before modding.

A regular street deck has a shorter wheel base than the stock deck and the aluminum channel is to big to fit between the trucks, so in order to get it to fit I had to chop an inch off mid piece and remove the black plastic so that it would fit.

I also had to engrave a channel in the board to match the stock deck and cut screw holes to mount the mid piece. I used a laser cutter. I also had to make a spacer for the mid piece because the channel that I engraved with the laser cutter wasn't deep enough.

All assembled, and dirty af.

Looks like a proper street skate, with really big wheels.

OMG. SO MUCH FUN. SO MUCH TORQUE.

I can bomb UP commercial drive at about 15-20km/h and go down it at about 40 km/h.
