After all that engineering, you might be wondering: does the damn thing actually print?

It does—and the results are crisp. Below is an exposure test using a single facet on UV solar photo paper, easily hitting 60-micron resolution.

The main hurdle right now is backlash. The stage has roughly 100 microns of play, which causes adjacent scan lanes to slightly overlap. Setting the seam width to -0.17 mm helps (though -0.16 mm might be the sweet spot), but dialing that in is left as an exercise for the reader—there is plenty of other stuff to optimize.
