Oh back when 100W leds were 100$ each i bought one for a projector project. It sat around for a long time until i dreamed up shoving it into an old lantern for style.
There is a cpu heat sink that is mounted in the lens housing and air is pulled in around the front bezel and exhausted out of the back with a micro PC fan. I had to encase the heat sink in machinable wax inorder to turn it on the lathe to fit. There is a big 4 cell lipo and a buck boost convert to handle the running of it. I've been trying to sell it for a while to fund my HAD prize project.
