All the files to print one are on dropbox.
the problems i ran into were getting the right engagement with the friction wheel.
a larger gear reduction would have been better and a stronger motor. I didn't feel like going the huge brushless route as i already had the motor and a lot of ryobi lipo batteries.
maybe someone can get some inspiration.
