    The users over on the Raspberry Pi forum and YouTube have discovered that shorting the sense pin to +5V turns the Lapdock on! Currently looking into creating a custom cable for it, the current one is extremely fragile

    I have successfully pulled apart the lapdock and checked what each of the large ICs on the main board are. A full list of those and what they do is available on my website: http://kicodora.com/diy/11-motorola-lapdock-500-teardown-and-analysis

    It would appear the problems that we are having (not accepting any input) is either related to HDMI CEC or HDMI HDCP
