We're putting some of the trickier stuff, like the LEDs and capacitive touch buttons, on the ATTiny88 and providing a simple Library interface for you to use to talk to them, making this badge easier to hack yourself.

The goal is to make something that looks good, can play some neat animations, but that can also be used to scan for local WiFi SSIDs and channel data and be configured however you like using standard Arduino and ESP8266 code.

We have a header for programming the ESP8266 as well, though it requires pogo-pins. We will probably put a programmer for this header on our tindie page after DefCon. That's the plan, anyway.
