1this is not an complete instruction, it's only for me to remember the steps. But maybe it's interreisting for you!?
first of all, beginn with an new raspberry pi image

2bring it up-to-date
sudo apt-get -y update && sudo apt-get -y upgrade

3install printer driver
sudo apt-get install cups

sudo nano /etc/cups/cupsd.conf Listen localhost:631 --> Port 631 add: BrowseAddress @LOCAL add: Allow @LOCAL
sudo usermod -aG lpadmin pi

4install gphoto2
you need to install some packages before:
sudo apt-get -y install libgphoto2-dev sudo apt-get -y install python-dev
then you can install gphoto2, download lastest version from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/gphoto2/
tar xzf gphoto2-1.7.0.tar.gz cd gphoto2-1.7.0/ python setup.py build sudo python setup.py install
test it with:
sudo python examples/camera-summary.py

5install pyCamera and pygame
you need python-pip
sudo apt-get -y install python-pip sudo pip install picamera sudo apt-get -y install python-pygame

6do some settings
sudo raspi-config
set hostname to "photobox"
set localisation and keyboard layout
Enable piCamera: interfacing-> enable camera
-> restart

7install guteprint driver
download from https://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-print/files/gutenprint-5.2/5.2.12/gutenprint-5.2.12.tar.bz2/download
extract
tar -xf gutenprint-5.2.12.tar
install necessary libraries
apt-get install gettext libcups2-dev automake libtool libtool-bin autopoint jade libcupsimage2-dev --assume-yes
install guteprint driver
./autogen.sh --enable-debug --disable-shared --with-cups-nickname=" - CUPS+Gutenprint-CVS v" --disable-libgutenprintui2 --without-doc --enable-cups-ppds --enable-testpattern make make install
restart cups service
/etc/init.d/cups force-reload /etc/init.d/cups restart
