Added three more support ribs and made the effector support ring thicker to increase stiffness.

Increased the size of the cylinders the virtual pulleys are subtracted from so the pulleys will now terminate as a horizontal surface.  This should cure the virtual pulley acne when printing.

Moved the virtual pulleys down into the part more so they use less material and changed how they are generated to work better later if a more complicated shape is required.

Reduced the size of the base to what is structural.

The new end effector.

EDIT: Part warped off the bed while printing, but the new virtual pulleys look good.

Printing again.
