Hidroponics With Raspberry Pi

Hidroponic System Controled by Raspberry Pi 2

Similar projects worth following
This is a hidroponic system in my laundry area, controled by my Raspberry Pi 2. It controls the cycle of the pump, to cycle the nutrients through the water and it also controls the lightning cycle (FL bulb and LED grow stripes).
Controls are based on Python scripts that have the logics of the pump and lights. It also Twitts everytime starts any of the circuits, in order to monitor the cycles outside of my laundry area

1) Started with the pipes, cuting the roles and glueing the tops and connections

- You can see the blue tank in the bottom with the water and nutrients. Pump is there, connected to the relay inside the enclosue. There is a pipe coming from the pump to the first pipe section. Water goes down the drains to the sections below by gravity.

2) Then, I mounted the circuits:

Kind of messed...You can see the 127V rail, the 12V supply and the relays.

 - Relays from left to the right are: LED grow, FL and Pump.
