Step By Step:

1) Alcohol

Alcohol is the "passive" component. Its function is to dilute the acetone. I use Ethyl alcohol 97%. Isopropyl alcohol can be equally used. Either type must have minimum water content. Water is not sufficiently volatile and warps the paper. 

2) Acetone

Pure acetone dissolves the toner immediately.

Large Boards:

For large boards, I place the print/board between two wood blocks and press with a G-clamp. A few layers of kitchen paper over the print will distribute the pressure evenly.
