The screw connectors I want to use has a 3 mm pitch, instead of a 0.1 or a 0.2 inch pitch. This poses some design challenges.

This morning I desoldered them from the board I'm salvaging them from, and figured out how to fit them. I will cut a slot between two adjacent holes on two parallel tracks.
