Slides: 25mm bearing steel rods, with corresponding linear bearings. The bearings are very noisy, I guess the quality is not amazing - but then, these were very cheap ones. Maybe will upgrade.

Nice clean design, but one question - for what are you going to use it? Looks really wobbly, I would be afraid to use it for wood. In case you wanted to reduce wobbliness a little, make squares from plywood (or better some metal) and attach two outside each corner piece, or just make sideboards and attach them securely to base and top corners. Also attaching belts on the same height as rods of carriage, not on frame rod bearings will help with getting some thrust off those bearings.
